Schools that partner with me may also receive optional candid classroom and campus photography to capture the heart and personality of your school community.
Is there any cost to the school?
No — there is no cost to the school. Families have the option to purchase only what they love from their private online gallery. Profit is made solely on parent purchases through their online gallery.
What does the school need to provide?
Very little. All I need is a staff member or parent volunteer to help guide students to and from photo sessions, along with parent email addresses so families can receive their child’s private online gallery.
I provide all photography equipment and assist with parent communication leading up to photo day, including ready-to-send wording for emails and flyers.
I also work closely with your team to create a smooth, efficient schedule tailored to your school’s needs so photo day feels organized, seamless, and low-stress from start to finish.
How do families view and order photos?
Each family receives a private online gallery featuring 3-5 thoughtfully curated portraits in both color and black & white. A direct gallery link is sent conveniently through email to each family.
From there, families can view and purchase only the images they truly love, including heirloom-quality prints and high-resolution digital files. Ordering and payments are completed entirely online for a simple, seamless experience.

How are prints delivered?
Once ordering closes, all prints are professionally produced, organized by class, and delivered directly to the school for easy distribution.
Will the school receive digital files?
Yes. Digital images of staff and students are provided for yearbooks, student IDs, websites, social media, and other school marketing materials.
As part of the experience, staff also receive complimentary digital portraits, and teachers receive complimentary class prints.
Are there options for different family needs and budgets?
Absolutely. Families may choose from both collections and à la carte options, with prints starting at $12 and collections beginning at $20.
